YES ETC served as the creative partner for a private Halloween celebration at the iconic Russian Tea Room in Manhattan. Named Veil of Illusions, the event transformed three floors of this iconic venue into a mysterious, immersive party. Blending inspirations from Eyes Wide Shut, Venetian Carnival, and the ornate charm of an old-world Russian curio cabinet, the party offered custom entertainment, intricate storytelling, and unique character performances to fully captivate guests in a surreal, circus-like setting.

OUR MAGIC

• YES ETC developed 26 original character concepts

• Cast and manager 26 performers that provided interactive, roaming, and stationary experiences

• Custom costumes for all 26 performers

• Consulted on playlists for each floor 

• Curated pop up performances on the dance floor featuring a drag queen, contortionist, dancers, and stilt walkers

• Created the character of the EMCEE/ Gentleman host that greeted guests 

• Collaborated on venue and event concepts, transformed each separate floor of the Russian Tea Room into its own unique feel

• Brought in DJ Boyyyish to curate the vibe of the dance floor
